Not sure if you realized that the banners of Putrajaya Dragon Boat Festival were hung on the lamp poles everywhere. I couldn’t avoid seeing it whenever I was driving and finally its publicity successfully attracted me to travel all the way to Putrajaya just to watch the race. Ok… it’s actually just 20 minutes drive from Puchong. Putrajaya organized the first ever International Dragon Boat Festival at the Pullman man-made lake at Putrajaya’s Water Sports Complex, Precinct 6. A total of 88 races for 42 categories that were completed over three days, including 24 Malaysian categories and 18 international categories. [...]

Malaysian Sport Aviation Federation (MSAF) and AKA Balloon Sdn Bhd organized the first International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in Putrajaya 2 weeks ago. On 22 March, we woke up at 6:45 a.m. and rushed to Putrajaya to catch the balloon fun fly at 8 a.m.. It was so punctual that the first balloon was about to fly when we arrived at Putrajaya. Luckily I listened to Don to take off at 7 a.m. sharp without being lazy to get out of the bed. There were total 10 countries including Malaysia participated in the hot air balloon fiesta. Each country took [...]

My friend Christine strongly recommended us to visit Festive Fun-tasy at Niu Che Shui (NZX) so here we are now enjoying the Disney Lights and Lanterns. It reminded me of my childhood when I spent most of my free time watching Disney cartoons and playing Disney puzzles. I remember my parents bought a lot of puzzles for me and my brother so our only game when we were in age 6 or 7 was playing puzzles. Sound pathetic huh? But that’s how we turned up to be smart and intelligent :p. Ok.. kidding. Back to the puzzles. We repeated the [...]

Finally I have the time to blog about Xmas. I intended to visit as many shopping centres as possible in this Xmas season but my mission failed. I only managed to visit few places. Nevertheless, I’m not going to let my blog down without posting any Christmas photos. So I got the permission from Evelyn and posted some of the photos that she has taken. Wonderlands @ 1 Utama Seven locations in 1 Utama Shopping Centre have been transformed into Wonderlands based on the famous bedtime classic Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Caroll. Each location comes with a different theme [...]
